I'm an Assistant Director of Professional Development at Brandeis University by day. I work specifically with graduate students in The Heller School for Social Policy and Management. Our mission is to help students find careers that advance social justice, and I'm proud to be a part of a team that thinks constantly about impact, justice, diversity, and equality.
I take the same approach with my students that I do with my private clients, asking big questions to dive deep into their mission and goals. I adopt an holistic philosophy to understand each person individually and help them discover what success means for them.
I help clients to understand the skills they already have, and how to market them for the career they want. We work together to think about the values that matter to you, the life you want, the how your personality and experiences make you uniquely valuable to the kind of job you want.
If you find yourself questioning your path or feeling lost, the best first step is to really sit down and ask yourself "Why?" Why have I chosen this path, and is it going to lead to fulfillment? Why am I convinced that there is only one path? Why am I passionate about this? These questions are key to finding roles that will make you feel truly successful.
Whatever your field, I would love to sit down with you and show you who many amazing options there are for you to use the skills you've developed and lead a fulfilling and successful life...on your own terms.
